Thank you for your purchase from William’s Pure breed Border Collie’s. We value your trust and strive to ensure a positive experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a return, refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.
All return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Once prepared, mail the return to the address provided upon request.
Return shipping costs will be paid or reimbursed by us, provided the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. Please allow up to three (3) business days from the date we receive your item for processing.
Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.Puppy Deposit & Reservation Policy
Thank you for your interest in a puppy from William’s Pure breed Border Collie’s. To reserve a puppy, a deposit is required. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a deposit.
All puppy deposits are used to reserve a specific puppy or secure placement on a waiting list. Deposits demonstrate a buyer’s commitment and allow us to plan responsibly for each litter.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, except under the limited circumstances outlined below.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, household, or breeder under any circumstances.
Once a deposit is placed:
The puppy is removed from availability
The buyer agrees to complete the remaining balance by the agreed-upon date
The buyer agrees to all terms outlined in our Puppy Contract and Health Guarantee
Failure to complete payment or pick up the puppy by the agreed date—without prior written approval—may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Because puppies are live animals, circumstances beyond human control may occur. While deposits are generally non-refundable, the following exceptions apply:
If a puppy becomes unavailable due to illness, injury, or death prior to placement, the buyer may choose:
A transfer of the deposit to a future litter, or
A refund at the breeder’s discretion
If a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious congenital or genetic condition prior to placement that prevents the puppy from being placed, the buyer will be offered:
A replacement puppy of equal value, or
A deposit transfer to a future litter
No refunds or replacements will be issued for changes of mind, lifestyle changes, housing issues, landlord restrictions, allergies, or personal circumstances.
By placing a deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
Puppies are living beings whose development, appearance, temperament, size, coat, markings, and energy levels may change as they mature
No guarantees are made regarding adult size, color, working ability, show potential, or temperament beyond general breed standards
Stress, environmental changes, diet, training, and veterinary care all play a significant role in a puppy’s long-term health and behavior
Once a puppy leaves our care, responsibility for the puppy’s wellbeing transfers to the buyer, subject to the terms of our Health Guarantee.
Deposits will be forfeited if:
The buyer fails to complete the purchase
The buyer does not communicate within agreed timelines
The buyer breaches contract terms
The buyer no longer wishes to proceed for personal reasons
Deposits are not transferable to another individual or household under any circumstances.
